This study explored T cell dynamics in bladder cancer, focusing on how different T cell subtypes communicate and respond to therapy. We analyzed the transcriptional activities and intercellular signaling of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, aiming to optimize therapeutic strategies and enhance immune response efficacy.
